Chashitsu with koi garden (Japanese Tea House)  Price 350 L.

Information:

Chashitsu with patio and koi garden is 20 prims, 10 w X 20 L, FIts on a 512 m plot.

Perms for the chashitsu are copy, mod, no transfer.

Front windows are tinteable to open and close them on the outside by touch. You can easily add names of those you wish to be able to open and close your windows.

To add your friends to the windows:
Edit LInked parts in the builder, click each front window; open the Friends note card inside. Add your friends in there, one name per line. Save, Reset Scripts in selection. Click the window to bring up the menu, click the friends button.

Door Pivots in the center to rotate. They are NOT lockable.

Plants and landscaping:

Perms on plants vary. All are copy.

Plants are 40 prims when all laid out as shown in the promos.

1 prim for the garden stone with the bird noises. Perms are copy only.

Thank you to Tucosta Hotaling for the donation and allowing me to include his garden stone and green asian leaf plant into this package.

Garden Bench around the pond is 3 prims, multi poses added for two ppl to use. Shown with 2 benches. The bench is copy, no mod, no trans.

Thank you Sabryne Rhode for the the custom texture for the benches.

Set up with just the garden items and Chashitsu is 67 prims.
